This Purchase Agreement is entered into by and between the undersigned buyer and breeder for the reservation and eventual sale of a puppy. By submitting a deposit, Buyer agrees to the following terms and conditions:
Non-Refundable Deposit
Buyer acknowledges and agrees that a deposit is required to reserve a puppy and that such deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where the Buyer changes their mind, becomes unable to care for the puppy, or otherwise chooses not to proceed with the purchase. Upon receipt of the deposit, Breeder agrees to hold the puppy until it is weaned and ready for pickup, typically at 7-8 weeks of age.
Payment and Deposit
Total Purchase Price: $2,200 for one of our puppies.
Reservation Deposit: To secure your spot on our waitlist or reserve a specific puppy, a $1,000 deposit is required.
Applied to Balance: This deposit is fully credited toward the total purchase price, leaving a remaining balance of $1,200 due on or before "Go-Home Day". If the puppy is being flown or ground-delivered, the final payment must be made before leaving the Breeder's facility.
Commitment: This deposit confirms your serious intent to purchase, allowing us to stop marketing that puppy to other potential homes.
What comes with the puppy: AKC Registration papers, Vaccination record, Health guarantee/contract, and a small bag of dog food.
Reservation and Acknowledgements
Buyer acknowledges that:
Litter sizes vary and cannot be controlled or guaranteed by the Breeder.
Wait times for a puppy may be longer than anticipated.
The deposit secures a reservation or “spot” for a puppy but does not guarantee availability of specific preferences (such as gender or temperament).
The Breeder makes no guarantees regarding the puppy's future traits, health, or characteristics once it reaches adulthood.
Preference-Based Refund or Transfer
Buyer is making a deposit for a puppy. Breeder will be helping select the puppy for the buyer, respecting the buyer’s preference for the puppy, such as gender, temperament, and physical attributes, such as size and hair length. However, the Breeder has the final say on which puppy the Buyer receives. If a puppy matching the Buyer’s specified preferences is not available in the litter, the Buyer may choose to transfer the deposit to a future litter.
Final Purchase Price and Payment Terms
The deposit will be credited toward the puppy's final purchase price. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the puppy leaves our home. Final price does not include transportation, shipping, or delivery charges, which shall be the responsibility of the Buyer.
Breeding Contingencies
If a planned breeding does not result in a litter, or if the desired pick puppy (based on the Buyer’s preferences) is not born, Buyer may transfer the deposit to another planned breeding.
